Thank you for choosing White Horse In the Sky Rentals for your accommodations. We aim to provide you with a memorable experience during your stay in Carolina Sandhill or Greenville’s scenic Blue Ridge locations. Please review the following terms and conditions before making a reservation:
– Reservations can be made online, via Stripe, a secure processing site.
– A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
– Full payment is due at the time of booking if less than 45 days and 50% if greater.
– Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund.
– The full refund will be minus the Stripe processing fees of 3.9%.
– No-shows or early departures will not receive a refund.
– Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards.
– Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
– Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
– The maximum occupancy of each rental unit is stated on our website and must not be exceeded.
– Guests must abide by the house rules provided upon check-in.
– Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be charged to the credit card on file.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our rental units. Violators will be subject to additional cleaning fees.
– Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated. Please inquire about our pet-friendly accommodations, if available.
– White Horse In the Sky Rentals is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
– Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
– Please report any maintenance issues or damages to our staff immediately.
– We will make every effort to address and resolve any issues promptly.
– We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
